Year 4
We have had a great start to our year 4 learning since starting our new term. We have taken our RE lesson outside by designing pictures from Jesus’ life for our class cross. We had different stories from the bible that we believed were important moments in Jesus’ life and put them into an El Salvadorian style. They looked beautiful. We also took our art lesson outdoors. The children are making Roman mosaics at the moment all linked to our history topic. The children earlier in the week made a roman helmet in a mosaic style so we decided to design a shield but only using natural items and again keeping to the square only objects style. This was great fun.
